Game day in South Bend deserves a pregame to match, and Legends Only Tailgate delivers. Located in South Bend, Indiana, this tailgate brings Irish fans together for an unforgettable game-day experience filled with great food, cold drinks, live entertainment, tailgate games, and the opportunity to meet former players and sports personalities.
Our goal is simple: take the hassle out of game-day tailgating and give you a place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the company of fellow Notre Dame fans. Just walk in, grab a drink, and join a tailgate that’s already in full swing.
What makes Legends Only truly unique is the opportunity to meet former Notre Dame players and sports personalities. Throughout the season, special guests join us for exclusive meet-and-greets, giving fans the chance to take photos, get autographs, and create memories that go well beyond game day. So bring your Notre Dame gear, your camera, and anything you’d like to have signed.
Our large, private, fenced-in tailgate area provides plenty of room to gather before kickoff. Whether you’re coming with a group of friends, bringing the family, or traveling to South Bend for your first Notre Dame game, Legends Only offers a welcoming atmosphere where Irish fans can come together and enjoy the day.
Guests with 21+ tickets can enjoy unlimited beer, seltzer, and hard tea throughout the event. We also offer access to exclusive food vendors serving local favorites and specialty game-day bites. For those looking for something a little stronger, premium liquor and cocktails are available for purchase.
Game day at Legends Only is about much more than food and drinks. A DJ or live band keeps the energy going, while tailgate games give guests a chance to compete, meet new people, and enjoy some friendly pregame competition. There’s always something happening, whether you’re relaxing with a drink, listening to the music, checking out the food vendors, or waiting for the next special guest to arrive.
Whether you’re a lifelong Notre Dame fan or making your first trip to South Bend, Legends Only is a place to come together, celebrate the Irish, and make the most of your game day.
